Mom to the ENGAGE (English) Labs (Birdie and Migsy), Lynn is passionate about animal rescues. She dreams of opening an animal sanctuary a la Jon Stewart and his wife Tracey of HockHockson Farm in her native New Jersey.

Our resident Sugarmaker, Kevin has spent 6 years mastering the sweet art of tree-tapping to create Laurel Hill Maple Syrup. Want a bottle? Get in line…it can take up to 60 gallons of sap to yield 1 gallon of syrup!
